Life consulting/counselling’s goal is to motivate, offer  support and awareness, and help clients find confidence in their thinking ... my focus is to  help to create a  direction in a part of a client's life in order to solve issues (domestic or business related) logically, achieve goals and find their interests or passions. This is key in order to find a life of fulfillment instead of a life filled with regret.    
Life consulting/counselling is not a form of Psychotherapy.  There  might be some cross over in order to gain perspective but it is quite limited. You are welcome to talk to me if you feel you are not sure if you are a  candidate for  my consulting perspective or if a  Registered Psychotherapist or a Psychologist is in order.
